Efficiency and Customer Loyalty in the Age of Digital Transformation
Detecon has conducted this empirical market study with the aim of determining exactly how self-services must be designed today and in the future so that the value potential on the part of both companies and customers can be exploited. Taking stock of the present situation also reveals what the current benchmarks are and what maturity level the implementation has reached. In total, 442 consumers ranging in age from 18 to 60 were surveyed. The findings in terms of the customer perspective are compared with the views of 88 companies from the sectors telecommunications, power utilities, e-commerce, banking, and public transport.
